Previously, in key roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and UBS, Gerald managed talent development programs and implemented comprehensive learning strategies that resulted in significant business growth. With a career spanning over three decades at Merrill Lynch, Gerald has a robust background in training and development, having designed and delivered programs for thousands of financial advisors.
