Ryan Soderberg

Ryan Soderberg is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in investment banking, corporate finance, and trade finance. Initial experience includes an internship at Ameriprise Financial, assisting in wealth management for portfolios exceeding $75 million. Following this, Ryan worked as a Trade Finance Analyst at CIT, where various credit facilities were structured and managed. Ryan has significant expertise in M&A advisory, having held positions at Greene Holcomb Fisher and Rutberg & Company, focusing on mobile and wireless sectors. Serving as an Associate at Chartwell Financial Advisory, Ryan specialized in M&A, debt capital advisory, and ESOP implementation. Currently, Ryan is involved in corporate planning and development at Osaic.
