Dawid Laszuk

Dawid Laszuk, PhD, is a machine learning engineer and tech lead with a strong academic background in mathematics and optimization. With about 15 years of experience in developing full-stack AI solutions primarily in Python, Dawid has held significant roles at companies such as Amazon, where they led major reinforcement learning projects and established quality guidelines for machine learning. Currently, Dawid serves as a staff AI engineer at Osano, after previously working as a staff machine learning engineer at SailPoint, where they were a core contributor to AI and GenAI solutions. They have also earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Physics, along with a PhD in Neuroscience/Signal Processing from the University of Reading.
