Sam Chalek has a diverse work experience in customer success and digital advisory roles. They began their career at Dealer.com, where they worked as a Digital Advisor from September 2016 to August 2018 before transitioning to the role of Client Retention Manager from August 2018 to July 2019.
In 2019, Sam joined New Breed as a Senior Website Strategist in August 2019, providing strategic guidance for clients. They then progressed to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager from July 2020 to October 2021 before being promoted to Principal Customer Success Manager from October 2021 to January 2022.
Following their time at New Breed, Sam joined Iterable as a Customer Success Manager in February 2022, where they remained until February 2023.
Most recently, Sam joined Osano in February 2023 as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Sam Chalek obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fishing and Fisheries Sciences and Management from the University of Vermont, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1) from Gainsight in October 2022.
