Andrew Hunter has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Andrew started their career at Mazda UK as a Data Output Officer in 1983 and worked there until 1989. Andrew then joined Brymor Ltd as a Computer Systems Operator for a brief period. In 1990, they worked as a Trainee IBM MVS Mainframe Operator at Philips Lighting before moving on to Evans Ltd (Arcadia Group) where they worked as a Computer Operations Supervisor until 1993. Andrew then joined BOC UK & Ireland as a Systems Support Supervisor from 1993 to 1998. Following this, they worked at NatWest Group as an iSeries Technician for a remarkable 20 years from 1998 to 2018. Andrew is currently working at OneSavings Bank plc as an IT - Team Lead Payments, starting from November 2018.

Andrew Hunter attended Senacre High School from 1977 to 1983, where they obtained their high school degree. In addition to their high school education, they have obtained several certifications, including the ITIL V4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2022, the Foundation Standard from the Chartered Banker Professional Standards Board, the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, the ITIL V3 Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and the NEBS Management - Introductory Award at Certificate Level from NEBS Management.
