David Rand

David Rand is a seasoned professional in operations management, currently serving as Change & Business Readiness Manager and Operations Transformation Manager at OneSavings Bank plc since April 2019. Prior to this role, David held the position of Head of Discretionary Share Plan Operations at Link Asset Services from November 2015 to March 2019. David's career began at Capita, where a tenure from January 1998 to November 2015 included the role of Head of Sharesave & Discretionary Operations. David holds a BA(Hons) in English Literature from Kingston University and has furthered professional development through education with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
