Heena Thaker

Heena Thaker is currently the Group Head of Legal - Mortgages at OSB Group plc, where they manage a team to address legal risks and enhance customer journeys within the financial services sector. With a strong background in managing legal governance and compliance, Heena has previously held positions at OneSavings Bank plc as Senior Legal Counsel and was a founding partner at WT Law LLP, where they developed business strategies and maintained client relationships. Heena began their legal career as an Associate Solicitor at DKLM LLP, contributing to the firm’s establishment and managing diverse legal caseloads. They hold an LLB in Law from the University of Essex and a LPC from The College of Law, London.
