Jon joined OSB in November 2021. Jon has significant experience within the financial services sector and joined the Group from Aspinall Financial Services, a pre-authorisation bank start-up, having previously led Masthaven Bank from 2016 to early 2021 as their Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Jon started his career with PwC, before joining Aviva plc and subsequently became CEO of Saffron Building Society. Jon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
