Maxine Cross

Maxine Cross is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in reward strategy and colleague engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Reward Manager at OSB Group since January 2026, Maxine previously held key leadership roles at Principality Building Society, including Head of Reward and Colleague Engagement, and Head of Reward & People Analytics. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Reward & Pensions at Post Office Ltd and Head of Reward for Müller UK & Ireland. Maxine also contributed to Wesleyan as a Reward Manager and HR Change Manager, and held HR-related positions at Aviva, RAC, and Morrison Water Services. Maxine holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Wolverhampton.
