Previously, Michael held the position of Head of Sustainable Business - FRESH at AM FRESH Group from September 2019 to September 2021. Michael's extensive experience in sustainability and health and safety spans roles such as Senior Sustainability Manager and Sustainability Manager at Munoz Group, and Health, Safety, and Environment Manager at Orchard House Foods and Finlay's Horticulture & Finlay's Fresh Produce. Michael began a career in health and safety at La Senza and British Country Inns PLC, managing safety protocols across multiple operations. Michael holds a BA (Hons) in War Studies from the University of Wolverhampton and several qualifications, including the NEBOSH General Certificate with Distinction, a Certificate in Environmental Management and Assessment, and a Lead Auditor certification in Social Systems from IRCA.
