Tom Dobson has extensive experience in credit risk management, currently serving as the Head of Credit Risk at OneSavings Bank plc since June 2019. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Head of Credit Risk at EnterCard Group AB from September 2015 to May 2019. Tom's career includes significant roles in leading credit strategy and risk management at Lloyds Banking Group as a Senior Manager and Barclays as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Tom also served as a Risk Manager at GE Money and began the career as a Senior Risk Analyst at Creation Financial Services.
