Wayne Page is a seasoned Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist, currently working at OSB Group since October 2025. Previously, Wayne held the position of Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Brit Insurance from February 2021 to September 2025, where responsibilities included setting and implementing Inclusion and Diversity targets and delivering related training. Prior roles include serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Metropolitan Thames Valley, a Diversity Adviser at Business in the Community, and a Senior Membership Executive at VERCIDA. Wayne’s experience in the Financial Conduct Authority spanned nearly a decade, focusing on consumer insight and regulatory supervision in life insurance. Wayne holds a Level 2 qualification in British Sign Language and has completed a diploma in Digital Marketing.
