David Watkins, PE is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in site development and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Site Development at Osborn Engineering since January 2017, David previously held roles as a Project Manager at Atwell, LLC, and Bramhall Engineering and Surveying Company, Inc., where significant work included commercial, retail, and hospitality development, as well as residential projects and ODOT roadway design. David also has a background in rail and transit engineering from TranSystems, and has contributed to numerous projects in the Colorado Front Range with Flatirons, Inc. and other firms. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University, obtained in 2002.
