Jon-Michael Lemon

Jon-Michael Lemon, PE, is a highly experienced civil engineering professional with a solid track record in leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Civil Engineering and Principal at Osborn Engineering since August 2014, Jon-Michael has previously held notable positions at Parsons Brinckerhoff as Lead Civil Engineer in the Federal Division and at Walter L. Phillips, Inc. as Senior Project Manager. From April 2003 to December 2010, Jon-Michael contributed to Bowman Consulting in various roles including Team Leader and Branch Manager. Early career experience includes a position as Design Engineer at HNTB. Jon-Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, obtained in 2001.
