Tony Wulk, P.E. has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Tony began their career as the President of The Wulk Engineering Group, Inc. from 2004 to 2009. Tony then transitioned to Osborn Engineering, where they held various positions including Vice President and Director of Technology from 2009 to 2013. Following their time at Osborn Engineering, they became the Vice President of US Communications and Electric, Inc. from 2013 to 2017.

Tony Wulk, P.E. holds a Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering degree in Computer Engineering, which they obtained from Cleveland State University in the period spanning from 1988 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre/Communications with a field of study in Theatre Design and Technology at Kent State University from 1978 to 1986. Tony Wulk also attended St. Edward High School from 1974 to 1977, although no degree or field of study was specified for this period. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an Amateur Radio License (Extra Class) and a General Radiotelegraph Operators License (GROL) from the FCC in October and November of 2012, respectively.
