Peter Shoars, Jr. has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. In 2015, they began their career as a Help Desk Specialist II at InfoReliance. In 2016, they worked as a Technical Writer at CACI International Inc and a Cyber Security Network Engineer at Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. (DBA ISHPI). In 2018, they were a RMF/Cybersecurity Engineer at Fotis Networks and a Network Administrator at AEgis Technologies. In 2019, they were a Senior Cyber Security Engineer at Netizen Corporation. In 2020, they worked as a Cyber Security Engineer at OSC Edge, where they were responsible for architecting commercial solutions for Classified (CSfC) compliant solutions that met NSA, DoD, and customer requirements.
