Russell Hall

Russell Hall is the Senior Vice President at OSC, a Steamboat Group company, where they leverage their extensive background in banking and insurance to track and insure loans for financial institutions. With nearly 15 years in the insurance sector, Russell's unique perspective stems from a family history in banking, allowing them to approach challenges from the lender's viewpoint. Previously, Russell held various roles including President & CEO of Protective General Insurance Services and Director of Development at South Plains College. They earned a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University.
