Valencia is known for the three "S": Sun, Sea... and (first-class) Software Developers.

With its establishment in 2020, Óscala has rapidly grown to become one of the fastest-growing Nearshore Software Development centres in Spain. It caters to Dutch and other northwestern European companies, assisting them in expanding and strengthening their software development teams.

One of the key advantages offered by Óscala is its low-cost/high-quality and flexible contract model, which appeals to its client base. The company provides an all-in-service model, wherein customers can have one or several Software Developers who seamlessly integrate into their in-house software development teams.

Óscala's services go beyond providing skilled Developers: HR management and administration support, tailor-made recruitment processes, employee retention programs, and a well-equipped office located in Valencia's beautiful city centre. These additional services contribute to creating a favourable working environment and ensuring a smooth operational experience for their clients.

Óscala is a reliable and dynamic partner for companies seeking software development resources, combining the benefits of a nearshore location, cost-effectiveness, quality talent, and a range of supportive services.
