Oscar Murphy International has embarked on a mission to Help Empower Life Potential in every human being. Life potential can improve by optimizing the Learning Potential that is already present in every individual.

OMI has a unique approach to making things happen in terms of Changing Attitudes to Reach Effectiveness. To Help Empower Life Potential, both awareness (knowledge) and Implementation (action) needs are addressed through Learning and Unlearning modules and “Inside-out Training”.

“Inside-out Training” starts “inside” the individuals measuring their strengths & needs, using powerful self-assessment tools and psychometric tests. Such tools assist in creating the much required self-awareness for effecting discreet behavioral / attitudinal modifications and thereby generate the curiosity of individuals to learn from the implications of their scores and the applications of the underlying concepts and skills. This puts the individual participant in the driver's seat. It’s a Process, not just another Program:

Our BAT (Behaviour, Attitude & Thinking) training efforts include Indoor – Interactive workshops, Outdoor Experiential Learning Sessions, Behavior Analysis and Competency Mapping, Personal and Business Coaching and the like. As a value addition, we also offer interventions at the Recruitment phase applying the principles of ‘HIRING for ATTITUDE and TRAINING FOR SKILLS'

You have the advantage of taking a one year Flexi learning Diploma in Behavioural Training & Development in two versions - Basic and Advanced - the details are available on the website.

You can surely benefit from our multi million dollar initiative to understand yourself and other better by getting into assessments at http://www.theassessmentworld.com and our psychologists will give you a comprehensive report of your scores and help you with a competency SWOT analysis.
