Alexandra Link is a legal adviser specializing in war crimes and transitional justice, currently working with the OSCE since 2023. Previously, they served as an appellate attorney at the Military Commissions Defense Organization from 2020 to 2023 and as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Division from 2016 to 2020. Alexandra also worked as an assistant attorney general in the Criminal Appeals Division of the Iowa Department of Justice from 2013 to 2016 and gained foundational experience as a law clerk for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Terrorism in 2012. They hold a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an MA in International Conflict Analysis from the University of Kent.
