Alexandra Pfefferle

Alexandra Pfefferle has extensive experience in peacebuilding and human security, with a career spanning multiple organizations. Key roles include serving as a Junior Programme Officer at swisspeace, a Human Security Advisor at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs FDFA, and a Peace and Disarmament Officer at the United Nations Regional Centre for Peace and Disarmament in Asia and the Pacific. Alexandra's tenure at the OSCE was marked by various positions, culminating as Senior Mediation Support Officer. Additional experience includes internships and research roles at NORLHA, ACLED, and the Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission. Alexandra holds a Bachelor in International Relations from the University of Geneva, a Master's in Conflict, Security and Development from the University of Sussex, and is currently pursuing a Master of Advanced Studies in Mediation in Peace Processes at ETH Zürich.
