Csilla Molnar

Csilla Molnar has extensive experience in the field of auditing, currently serving as Senior Auditor and Deputy Head of Internal Audit at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) since September 2025. From March 2018 to September 2025, Csilla held the position of Auditor at the United Nations. Prior to this, Csilla worked at KPMG as an Audit Manager from September 1998 to September 2006, and from August 2011 to August 2016, Csilla was the Head of Auditors' Public Oversight Department at the Ministry of Finance. Additional experience includes a role as Technical Manager for Standards Development and Technical Projects at the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) from October 2016 to March 2018. Csilla Molnar earned a Master's degree in Accounting from Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem between 1993 and 1998.
