Edina Halapi

Edina Halapi is currently the Head of Programming and Evaluation Support Unit at the Conflict Prevention Centre. They have previously served as a Programme Manager and EU Policy and Programme Coordinator at the European Commission from 2009 to 2020, and also held the position of Senior Budget Adviser for the EU Mission for Economic Reconstruction from 2007 to 2008. Earlier in their career, Edina worked as a Programme Officer for the UN between 2004 and 2006 and as an Executive Officer with the EU Ministry of Finance and Economy from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Edina has experience as a Budget Officer and Acting Head of Budget and Payment Section of the Kosovo Assembly Service during the same period. They are currently pursuing education at Corvinus University of Budapest.
