Igor Mesner

Igor Mesner is an experienced human resources professional with a background in international settings. They hold an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth and a BA in Classics from the University of Belgrade. Igor is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has held various significant positions, including Chief of HR Policy and Employee Relations at OSCE. Their previous experience includes serving as a Human Rights Officer for the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia, where they worked on various human rights projects.
