James Oxley is currently the Chief of Accounts and Treasury at the OSCE, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, James worked as an Accounts Assistant at the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization from 2012 to 2016 and briefly served as an Associate Finance Officer at the International Atomic Energy Agency in 2016. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Management from Imperial College London and are pursuing a Chartered Accountant qualification from ACCA.
