Julius Kramer is a diplomat and peacemaking strategist currently serving as a Political Adviser and First Secretary at the Permanent Mission of Sweden to the United Nations. With extensive experience in conflict and post-conflict settings, they lead conflict prevention operations for the Swedish government agency FBA and contribute as a Mediation Expert with the OSCE.
