Mithun Varma

Mithun Varma is the Chief of HR Analytics, Systems, and Payroll at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). They previously held positions such as HR Analytics Officer at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and Business Intelligence Lead for EMEA at NetApp. Mithun has a strong background in data-driven decision-making and has led successful analytics and intelligence teams across various organizations. They are currently pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Madras and Mississippi State University, respectively.
