Robert Heuer is a Senior Political Adviser with the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, having previously served in various roles within the OSCE, including Head of the Field Office in Srebrenica and Head of the Human Dimension Department in Dushanbe. Robert has an extensive background in law, international development, sustainability, and management consulting. Heuer also worked as a CEELI Country Director for Ukraine and Belarus at the American Bar Association and as an Assistant State's Attorney in Cook County. Robert holds an MBA focused on Green Energy and Sustainable Businesses from Bologna Business School and a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School.
