Наталия Бондар

Наталия Бондар is the Head of Personnel Administration and Reporting at JSC VTB Bank (Ukraine), a position held since 2014. Previously, Наталия worked as a Chief Specialist at the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv from 2004 to 2007 and held various roles in personnel administration across several banks, including as Head of Personnel Administration at FIDO Bank and Chief Specialist at Erste Bank. Наталия's educational background includes a degree in Accounting and Auditing from the State Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing and a degree in Hydromelioration from the Ukrainian State Technical University of Water Management and Natural Resources.
