Prapul Kumar Dasari

Prapul Kumar Dasari is a Data Scientist at Oscilar since January 2025, specializing in the development of end-to-end machine learning models and predictive algorithms for financial-crime detection, including fraud prevention and anti-money laundering. Prior to this role, Prapul worked at Tookitaki from December 2018 to January 2025, serving as a Senior Applied Data Scientist, Senior Data Scientist, and Data Scientist, where efforts focused on utilizing big data and machine learning to address financial crime and regulatory compliance in banking, insurance, and government sectors. Prapul also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for a brief period in 2018. Prapul holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.
