Xin Ge

Xin Ge currently serves as an Executive in Residence for Fintech and Risk at Matrix and holds advisory positions at Fuse Technologies, Flex, and Oscilar Inc. Previously, Xin Ge was the Chief Technology and Risk Officer at Afterpay and held various roles at Uber and PayPal, including Head of Risk Management and VP of Global Seller Risk Management, contributing significantly to risk management, analytics, and team leadership. Xin Ge's early career includes positions at eBay, where expertise in risk analytics was established, and Demandtec, where econometric models for retail pricing were developed. Academically, Xin Ge earned a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
