Alejandra Xanco

Alejandra Xanco is a creative professional with extensive experience in human resources and team development. They served as an Assistant Manager at InBev from 2001 to 2008, and later took on roles such as Human Development Leader and HR Advisor at Grupo OSDE, where they focused on enhancing commercial teams and building customer-oriented solutions. Currently, they are a Leader of HR Business Partners at Grupo OSDE, addressing business challenges and fostering collaborative solutions. Alejandra holds a degree in Labor Relations with a focus on labor inclusion from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, and has furthered their education with diplomas in Social Responsibility and Disability Rights.
