Lorena Neiling, a law graduate from the University of Buenos Aires, has over 20 years of experience at OSDE, with more than a decade in human development roles. Previously, Lorena worked as an Analyst and Advisor in pension planning at Arauca Bit AFJP from 1999 to 2008. In recent years, Lorena served as the Gestor de Cultura y Cambio at OSDE, accompanying cultural change processes while designing training strategies and managing corporate training platforms.
