Jun Liu

Jun Liu, CFA, FRM, has a robust background in financial analysis and risk management, currently serving as a Specialist in Banking Capital Credit Risk at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada since September 2015, with previous roles as Manager and Senior Supervisor. Liu also held the position of President at Unionville Co-op Nursery School from October 2022 to October 2023 and worked as a Senior Analyst in Securitization at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation from January 2012 to September 2015. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr. Financial Analyst at Molson Coors Canada and as a Research Analyst at the World Bank. Liu began the career in the Executive Office of the Bank of China, Head Office. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s degree in Economics from Yale University and an MS in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, alongside studies at Nanjing University.
