Matthew Gordon

Matthew Gordon, CFA, is a Senior Manager in Policy Development at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada (OSFI). They previously held various roles at OSFI, including Acting Director and Senior Analyst, where they led teams focused on risk management guidance and contributed to international banking regulations. Prior to joining OSFI, Matthew served as a Senior Analyst in Capital Management at ING DIRECT Canada, managing capital adequacy reports and stress testing. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder.
