Natasha Scott, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational psychology and safety culture. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada since February 2020, Natasha has held various senior roles, including Senior Risk Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as a Human and Organizational Factors Specialist at the National Energy Board, where responsibilities entailed regulatory oversight of safety culture and organizational dynamics. Natasha has also acted as Director of Research & Innovation, leading teams in performance improvement strategies. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at Pascal Metrics, where Natasha provided expertise in survey design and organizational culture, and as an Organizational Psychology Consultant, delivering assessments and training across various sectors. Natasha holds a PhD and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary’s University, where also served as part-time faculty.
