Elona Buka

Elona BUKA possesses extensive experience in the field of information technology and systems management, currently serving in a key role at OSHEE - Operatori i Shpërndarjes së Energjisë Elektrike since May 2017. Prior to this position, Elona served as an Information Communication Technology Support Engineer at the Municipality of Tirana from June 2013 to April 2017. Elona's career also includes significant roles at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania and AMERICAN Bank OF ALBANIA, focusing on software IT within the Technology and Information Departments from December 2008 to May 2013 and May 2004 to December 2008, respectively. Elona holds a Master’s degree in Informatics from Universiteti i Tiranes, earned between October 1999 and July 2004.
