Enea Karakaci

Enea Karakaci has extensive work experience in the energy and industry sector in Albania. Enea currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of OSHEE - Operatori i Shpërndarjes së Energjisë Elektrike, starting from June 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Director General for Policies and Development of Energy and Industry at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy from October 2021 to July 2023. Enea also served as the Director of Legal Affairs at the same ministry from May 2018 to October 2021 and as an Advisor to the Minister from September 2017 to May 2018. Enea Karakaci has experience working in the State Advocacy Office of Albania as a State Advocate from December 2016 to September 2017. Enea also worked at the Ministry of Energy and Industry as the Head of Legislation Office from December 2013 to December 2016 and at the Albanian Energy Regulatory Agency as the Head of Legislation Office from September 2011 to December 2013.

Enea Karakaci pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tirana from 2005 to 2009. Following this, Enea enrolled in the University of Amsterdam in 2009 and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in European Union Law in 2010.
