Gerti Haka

Gerti Haka is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in business operations and risk management, currently serving as the Director of Performance Analysis Directorate at OSHEE GROUP. Gerti's prior roles include leadership positions at Kredo Finance, where they managed reporting and operational risk activities, and ALBtelecom Albania, where they led the Dunning Management and Internal Control teams. Gerti began their career in finance with roles at Union Bank and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to process optimization and collaboration across departments. They earned a Master of Science in Finance from Universiteti i Tiranës, graduating in 2006.
