Shpendi Kocilja

Shpendi Kocilja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and energy sectors. They served as the Director of Management of Priority Energy Producers (IPP), where they focused on ensuring compliance and effective processes related to energy production. Previously, Shpendi held various roles at Vodafone Albania, including Deployment and Infrastructure Manager and Head of NW Delivery and Maintenance, managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets, and optimizing energy consumption. With a Master of Business Administration from Université Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV, they continue to pursue a Bachelor's degree from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës.
