Devon Jones

Devon Jones has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, holding a current position as Vice President at Oshkosh Corporation since June 2011, with a focus on leadership development and the deployment of the Oshkosh Operating System. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Pierce Manufacturing, overseeing plant operations and production, and Director of Manufacturing at both Oshkosh Corporation and McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, where significant contributions included the rapid production ramp-up of the Oshkosh MRAP and innovations in mixer barrel production processes. Devon Jones holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from Marian University of Fond du Lac, complemented by earlier education at Fox Valley Technical.
