Jerrod Kappers

Jerrod Kappers is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience at Oshkosh Corporation since August 2009, currently serving as Chief Engineer for New Product Development with a focus on Oshkosh McNeilus. Kappers has held various positions within Oshkosh Defense, progressing from Engineer to Senior Engineer to Project Engineer roles. Prior experience includes truck driving at Wiese Trucking, leading a senior design capstone project at General Motors, and internships at Terex and Mercury Marine, where design and optimization skills were honed.
