Jillian Steffek

Jillian Steffek has over 16 years of engineering experience, predominantly at Oshkosh Corporation, where roles have included Director of Engineering and various Chief Engineer positions focused on Modeling and Simulation as well as Materials and Process Engineering. Prior experience includes a position as a Materials Engineer at John Deere, where responsibilities involved supporting the induction heat treat processes for crankshafts, and a co-op role at Oshkosh Truck, contributing to research on Magnesium Metal Matrix Composites. Jillian holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, an MS in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Polymer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the same institution.
