John Meier

John Meier, PMP has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. John started their career in 1988 in the US Army, where they served for over twenty years as a Major (Retired) and gained expertise in planning and executing full-spectrum operations. In 2004, they joined Oshkosh Corporation as a Senior Manager of Information Technology, where they managed a team responsible for global network infrastructure and systems compliance. In 2010, they became the Director of Information Technology - International at Oshkosh Defense, leading a multi-functional staff and providing IT solutions and program direction to meet strategic objectives. Currently, they are the Director of Cybersecurity at Oshkosh Corporation.

John Meier, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Airway Science Management, which they obtained from the University of North Dakota from 1987 to 1993. In addition, they have acquired certifications in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2014 and ITIL V3 Foundations from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library in 2007.
