Mary Simonis

Mary Simonis is an Ethics & Compliance Manager at Oshkosh Corporation, where they lead programs focused on corporate ethics and compliance. Previously, they served as a Subcontracts Manager and Program Manager at Oshkosh Defense, managing multimillion-dollar contracts and community engagement initiatives. A military veteran, Mary spent six years in the United States Air Force as an Aircrew Egress Systems Craftsman, where they supervised and trained troops while facilitating health and safety programs. Their commitment to community health was evident during their tenure as a Health Educator with Community Action for Healthy Living. Mary holds a Master of Science in Multidisciplinary Human Services and Leadership from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services & Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
