Matthew Hall has a diversified work experience, starting in 2003 as a Project Engineer at Lone Star Steel, where they managed multiple large manufacturing supporting projects. In 2004, they joined Peterbilt Motors Company as an Associate Design Engineer, overseeing prototype builds of new products and completing cabs. Matthew then transitioned to the role of Field Reliability Engineer, responsible for creating and maintaining the Peterbilt Field Reliability fleet program.
