Matthew Hall

Matthew Hall has a diversified work experience, starting in 2003 as a Project Engineer at Lone Star Steel, where they managed multiple large manufacturing supporting projects. In 2004, they joined Peterbilt Motors Company as an Associate Design Engineer, overseeing prototype builds of new products and completing cabs. Matthew then transitioned to the role of Field Reliability Engineer, responsible for creating and maintaining the Peterbilt Field Reliability fleet program. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Commodity Manager at PACCAR, managing the procurement of metal fabrications and stampings among North American suppliers. Since 2010, Matthew has been with Oshkosh Corporation, where they have held various roles, including Global Commodity Manager for Fabrications, Driveline, Chassis, and Powertrain, and Director of Advanced Strategic Sourcing.

Matthew Hall completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a Finance concentration at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from LeTourneau University from 1998 to 2002.
