Mitchell Murphy

Mitchell Murphy has extensive experience in engineering and mentorship roles. Since June 2016, Mitchell has served in multiple positions, including Project Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, and Design Engineer at Oshkosh Corporation, focusing on product design and innovation for heavy trucks. In addition, Mitchell has contributed as an Assistant Swim Coach for the Oshkosh Community YMCA since November 2016, helping to develop young swimmers. Previous experience includes serving as an Air Academy Intern at EAA, where engagement with campers was key, and as an Engineering Intern at Swagelok, where project contributions enhanced factory operations. Early experience as a Summer Camp Counselor at Red Oak Camp rounded out Mitchell's diverse background. Mitchell holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University, earned in 2016.
