Nick Anderson is currently the Chief Labor & Employment Counsel and Associate General Counsel for Oshkosh Corporation, where they provide strategic legal counsel, oversee compliance, and mitigate risks in a global manufacturing environment. With a distinguished twenty-year career, Nick has also served as an attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Quarles & Brady LLP, and has held positions as an Assistant District Attorney and Federal Judicial Clerk. As a U.S. Army veteran, they gained significant legal experience as a JAG Officer while deployed in Iraq, earning a Bronze Star for their service. Nick holds a J.D. with honors from the University of Washington School of Law and a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Boston College.
