Stacy Litka

Stacy Litka has extensive experience in the field of rewards, benefits, and compensation. Stacy currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Rewards at Oshkosh Corporation since March 2022. Prior to this, they served in various roles at Owens Corning from 2008 to 2022, including Vice President, Total Rewards and Director positions in global benefits, compensation, and financial benefits. Before joining Owens Corning, they worked as a Vice President at JPMorgan from 2006 to 2008. Stacy began their career at CCA Strategies, where they held the roles of Principal and Actuarial Consultant from 2002 to 2006.

Stacy Litka completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Actuarial Science at the Wisconsin School of Business from 1998 to 2001.
