Stan was later promoted to the role of a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst and then became the Lead IT Business Analyst for Robotics Process Automation (RPA). In these roles, Stan provided technical support for RPA bots, identified opportunities for process redesign and RPA development, and gained expertise in ServiceNow modules.
